Delivery / Shipping Policy
Processing Time
At promptech Solutions, all confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) following payment confirmation. In rare cases where product availability or logistics issues arise, we will notify customers immediately regarding the revised timeline.
Shipping & Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery and installation services across Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, and Bangalore. Our logistics partners and in-house delivery team ensure safe and timely dispatch of all IT hardware products.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: 2–4 business days
- Other serviceable regions (Bangalore and nearby): 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery schedules may vary due to factors such as product type, distance, courier availability, or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, transport issues, etc.).
Delivery and Installation
For IT equipment such as desktops, servers, and networking devices, our team provides installation and setup at the client’s premises as per the service agreement. Customers are advised to ensure the availability of authorized personnel during delivery and setup.
Shipping Charges
Shipping or delivery charges are calculated based on the destination, product weight, and service type (rental or sales). Any applicable delivery cost will be communicated at the time of quotation or checkout. In certain cases, delivery within city limits may be free of charge as part of our customer service initiative.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we aim to meet every delivery commitment, certain external factors may cause delays. These may include incorrect address details, customer unavailability, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our team will promptly coordinate to reschedule the delivery. If repeated delivery attempts fail, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.
Damaged Deliveries
If you receive a damaged product or packaging, please notify us immediately and share clear photos or a complete unboxing video (without edits or cuts). This will help us verify and resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Loss or Missing Shipments
In the unlikely event of lost or missing shipments, promptech Solutions will coordinate with the logistics partner to track and resolve the issue. Customers will be informed at each stage of the resolution process.
International Deliveries
Currently, we only provide shipping and services within India. Expansion to international delivery zones is under consideration and will be announced once available.
