- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS: Direct transfer to our official company bank account. Bank details will be shared on the invoice or quotation.
- UPI Payments: Payments through UPI-enabled platforms such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM UPI are accepted.
- Credit / Debit Cards: All major Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay cards are accepted through our authorized payment gateway.
- Online Payment Link: Secure payment links can be provided for digital transactions via our trusted payment partners.
Payment Terms
- All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or purchase order.
- For rental services, a refundable security deposit may be applicable as per the terms of the rental contract.
- Invoices must be settled within the stipulated due date to avoid service disruption or late payment charges.

Failed or Delayed Transactions
- In case of a failed or interrupted payment, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Offline Payments
We also accept offline payments such as bank transfers or cheque payments for corporate and bulk orders. Cheques must be drawn in favor of Promptech Solutions and are subject to realization before product dispatch or service activation.
