Order Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed and payment processed cannot be cancelled or altered.
• In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved before dispatch, a minimal administrative fee may apply.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in cases of product damage or functional defects detected at the time of delivery or installation.
• For damage claims, a complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory as evidence.
• Products damaged due to mishandling, electrical issues, or improper use after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and verification of the returned product by our technical team.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery, setup, or logistics charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Rental Equipment Policy

• For rented equipment, any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• Refunds are not applicable once the rental period has started unless the issue is verified as a product fault at delivery.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the rented equipment in good condition during the rental duration.
